The Faculty of Animal Science, Universitas Padjadjaran (Fapet Unpad) is committed to gender equality by promoting the active participation of women in academic, research, and leadership roles. In addition, the faculty organizes and supports training programs and entrepreneurial initiatives that empower women in rural communities to become leaders in livestock and agribusiness sectors. These efforts help close the gender gap in agriculture and higher education.
